The pictures are not the best, but I created new data sheets a few weeks ago. I was having a hard time keeping data and everyone's goals in one place without having to write notes on the margin and the back, etc. so I went through all he IEP goals of all my stud nets and come up with these new and improved data sheets.
One of my goals this year was to come up with a better way to keep data. The pat two years I would keep data during centers in generals (attending, completing of task, participating, sharing, etc) and have their individual data sheets as well to Tract with the + and - system a that I could graph, and percentages and all that (Thank Louisa, after so many years this is my fav way to keep data still).
I started using something very similar this year but I still felt that I would miss some goals, specially for those students that are higher and have different goal. So far this has worked great. I added a column with the days of the week where I give a check if the kiddo was there that day or an A if absent which also help me keep track of attendance.
I love them so far. The best thing is that when I am transferring to be able to graph them I just look at the row and I have all the goals right there in one week. I can also keep track of what we did not cover and I mark it for the following week to make sure we cover that first. It is super organized and so much easier than having to look at different weeks of data to find all the goals.
As always if anyone is interested in a copy I will gladly email it to you. You can leave a comment (hopefully it works now) or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Happy data collecting !!!!

Before ski week we did some fun activities. Here are some pictures.
We made some hooooo Loves You Owls and patterns.
Some patterns had heart star hearts, others heart happy face heart happy face, others had heart happy face star heart happy face star heart. It was great working on this and see how far along the kiddos have come .
We used pencil erasers as stamps. For this activity I wrapped 4 pencils together and using ink pads the kids used the eraser part as a stamp. They did need to press a lot harder than usually to make sure the ink showed but it was a good motor activity
The kids did "trucks full of love" during OT groups and they looked awesome. I love the idea I will implement it next year for my non intensive class. They practiced name writing, cutting, and counting.
One of my pet peeves is having the toys all over the place. So I took pictures of everything and started labeling. I love it. Now when there is a sub or social group everything will be back in order for the next day. I also labeled art supplies etc, (pictures on the next post)
I cannot believe it is the end of February. It was nice to have the week off last week but it is a busy week this week. I have an IEP meeting today, tomorrow I have an assessment and an IEP, Wednesday and initial IEP, Thursday another IEP and a special Ed district meeting, and Friday to end the week with a bang, I have another assessment ahhhhhhh. The good news is that I am officially done planning the rest of the school year and Oreo is almost done until June. Some activities are missing some parts but mostly everything is prepped. I am hoping to finishing all the prepping this weekend as well as starting prepping for summer as I will be doing a new theme, excited about it but lots of work to get ready.
5 more weeks until Spring Break ⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️😊❤️🍷👫👶👦 and 14 more weeks until the end of the school year CRAZY how fast time goes by!!!
Hope everyone has a fantastic week !!

I had taken a whole bunch of pictures of other activities but I have no idea what happened to them so here are some.
As you all know I am addicted to planning, so here is my Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Plan book, I love it!!!!! This is how it started it, it is totally full by now, next week (we are off this week) if a crazy busy eek, IEPs and assessments galore. But we also have a new special ed preschool teacher starting so I am excited about that.
This months theme is Friendship even thought we do all things Valentines and I love it. The room is decorated with red, pink, and hearts. So much LOVE in the room.
Friday 2/13 we took a walking field trip to McDonalds, it was great to have so many parents come and help us out, we wouldn't have been able to do it with them.
Cute secret admirer card from my classroom neighbor :)
Hooooooo loves you owls, I love how different they all look.
These are the presents the kiddos did for their parents. They painted the clothes pins and choose a sticker then I added the magnet dots on the back, they look awesome on the fridge. The card said Happy Valentine's Day and had a hard made with the kiddos finger print, they looked super cute. I hope the parents liked them.
This was an easy project for the kids, amazingly they all touched the glue and the tissue paper
I took pictures of ALL the toys in the room, and even though we are off this week, I am hoping to make it into the classroom at some point and label everything
I have TONS of these stickers, if anyone want ant send me an email email@example.com subject stickers and I will mail them up to you....

Hope everyone is having a great week, if you are off enjoy, if you are working is almost mid week, hang in there!!!
